Teeth Brushing

Brushing your teeth at least twice a day, along with flossing and regular cleaning, are the foundations of good oral hygiene.

Small-headed, soft-bristled brushes are best, for removing plaque and debris and ease of reaching tooth surfaces. Replace your toothbrush when it begins to show wear, about every three months.

Powered toothbrushes are also very popular and effective.

It takes about two minutes to do a full and proper brushing. You may think you don’t have the time, or don’t want to spend it on something so boring. The alternative in many cases is painful tooth decay, expensive dental care, and possibly, eventual tooth loss and needing bridges or dentures.
